Reading with Pickles

Pickles will be promoting his love for reading by hosting his own "Read to Me" sessions.  He will be in the storytime room from 4:00 to 5:00 PM waiting for you.  You can pick a book from the youth collection or you can bring your favorite book.  No registration is necessary.

Designed for children ages 9-12, this program will teach preteens how to be safe when staying at home alone. This program will discuss safe indoor, outdoor, and online habits, how to prevent unsafe situations, and what to do when faced with an emergency. Participants in this interactive program will take home a booklet that they can review when they are ready to be Safe@Home! Presented by OSU Extensioin office.
