Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, Pickaway County Library buildings are closed to the public at this time. This closing includes the meeting rooms.
Typical guidelines for the meeting rooms:
The library offers several types of meeting rooms to meet the needs of the community. Each meeting room has a projector, with VGA and Aux connections, and public WiFi. The library has podiums, whiteboards, a microphone system, and access to refrigerator space available upon request. Please see our online meeting room reservation system to book a room.
Main library - The Koch meeting room, can hold up to 50 people theatre style (without tables). The Crites-Hannan meeting room, located inside the second set of sliding doors to the left, can accommodate up to 75 people theatre style (without tables). Tables are available in both rooms for a variety of arrangements.
Younkin Branch - The meeting room can accommodate up to 25 people. A limited number of tables are available.
Conditions of Meeting Room Use
Groups must meet the library’s meeting room use policy (see below) to reserve a room. For-profit groups may use the space for a fee as set by library policy.
The Main library also has conference rooms available for use. Rooms C & D are available for groups of 2 to 10 people on a first-come-first-serve basis.
