Meeting Rooms

The Pickaway County Library is following the Ohio Department of Health orders concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. Unvaccinated individuals should wear a mask covering the nose and mouth and observe a social distance of six feet. Vaccinated individuals may resume normal activities. When gathered together, unvaccinated individuals should be in a group of no more than ten individuals that is separated from other groups by at least six feet.

Regardless of vaccination status, each individual should perform a daily health assessment and stay home if you have a fever, cough, or other signs of possible COVID-19.

Use of the meeting rooms is limited to the library's open hours.

The library offers several types of meeting rooms to meet the needs of the community. Each meeting room has a projector, with VGA and Aux connections, and public WiFi. The library has podiums, whiteboards, a microphone system, and access to refrigerator space available upon request. Please see the attached policy for the details of use.

Main library - The Koch meeting room, can hold up to 50 people theatre style (without tables). The Crites-Hannan meeting room, located inside the second set of sliding doors to the left, can accommodate up to 75 people theater style (without tables). Tables are available in both rooms for a variety of arrangements. 

Younkin Branch - The meeting room can accommodate up to 25 people. A limited number of tables are available. 

Conditions of Meeting Room Use

Groups must meet the library’s meeting room use policy (see below) to reserve a room. For-profit groups may use the space for a fee as set by library policy.

Conference Rooms

The Main library also has conference rooms available for use. Rooms C & D are available for groups of 2 to 10 people on a first-come-first-serve basis.
