Meeting Room
The library offers several types of meeting rooms to meet the needs of the community. Please review the policy below before requesting a meeting space.
Conditions of Meeting Room Use
Groups must meet the library’s meeting room use policy (see below) to reserve a room. Contact the library's community relations manager (prmgr @ pickawaylib.org) for more details.
Additional Details:
Younkin Branch Library Meeting Room is available by reservation on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5PM to 8PM. The meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people. A limited number of tables are available.
Main Library - Library meeting rooms are available during the library's open hours.The Koch Meeting Room, can hold up to 70 people theater style (without tables). The Crites-Hannan Meeting spaces are located inside the second set of sliding doors to the left and can accommodate up to 70 people theater style (without tables) or be divided into two smaller rooms (Crites-Hannan A and B). Tables are available in the Koch and Crites-Hannan rooms. Groups using those rooms are responsible for room arrangements and must return the room to its original set up. Please see a staff member for setup suggestions. For groups of 10 or fewer people, room reservations are available - Berger Conference Room (10 people or fewer), Conference Room C (2 people) and Conference Room D (6 or fewer people).
