While Storytimes take a summer recess in August, there is still plenty to engage your preschoolers at the library.

Kid-friendly snacks are the focus of this basic food preparation series for children ages 9-11. Presented by OSU Extension of Pickaway County, it is free to attend, but advanced registration is REQUIRED. Reservations can be made online or by calling 740-477-1644. Kids will learn food/kitchen safety lessons as well as nutrition info and recipes. Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay in the class during class time. THIS IS THE SECOND OF THREE in a series. The classes are June 7, 14 and 28.

Join the Pickaway County Library's Youth Services for a storytime at the Shawnee Grove Apartments. This event will take place at 205 Black Hoof Street, Circleville, OH 43113.  The Bookmobile will follow from 12:30-1:30.

Friends of the Library USED BOOK SALE

The Friends of the Pickaway County are selling thousands of used books for 50-cents each. Cash is the only form of payment being accepted. (No checks, no credit cards.)

The sale is located on the south side of the building at 1160 N. Court Street.

Sales are the first and third Saturdays from May through September.
