Youth yoga is moving into the Library!  Each class is one hour long, from 6:00-7:00p.m., and will include movement, stories, games and song.  Each second Tuesday of the month, class will be for ages 4-8 and the third Tuesday of the month, class will be for ages 9-12.  Not sure about yoga?  It is very beneficial in our bodies and it helps to bring focus and stillness and fun and helps today's kids to let go of stress and bring an inner calm by pulling their minds away from technology and to the present moment.  It is also great for increasing flexibility and activates muscles; youth yoga helps kids' brains to learn and expand and teaches socialization skills along the way as well.  There is limited space in each class so be sure to register your child online and get them signed up for class today.  We look forward to seeing you soon!
