Autumn is here! Gourds and squashes are great for decorating your home for fall, but did you know they are also good foods to eat for your health? Join OSU Extension Educator, Jessica Lowe, to learn more about the health benefits of adding squash to your diet. We will also discuss the best ways to prepare spaghetti squash, acorn squash, butternut squash, and pumpkin, as well as provide you with some recipes to try at home - and have a few samples to try in class!
