Improve flexibility, strength, and concentration with our Beginner Chair Yoga sessions! Holly Waddell from Sunshine Upon You will teach the basics of chair yoga on Feb. 6 and Feb. 13. These classes are perfect for all ages of adults and will provide them with a quiet, relaxing space to focus on themselves, as well as their own physical and mental well-being. Each session will be one hour; participants are encouraged to attend both sessions.
