The Pickaway County Library offers several types of meeting rooms to meet the needs of the community. The Koch meeting room, located inside the first set of doors to the right, is the original meeting room and can hold up to 70 people theatre style. The Crites-Hannan meeting room, located inside the second set of sliding doors to the left, can accommodate up to 115 people theatre style. Tables are available in both rooms for a variety of arrangements.
Meeting rooms C & D are available for groups of 2 to 10 people on a first-come-first-serve basis. These rooms are perfect for study groups and committee meetings.
Some audio-visual equipment is available, but please request the equipment well in advance of your meeting date. The library has an LCD projector, overhead projector, TV/VCR/DVD, a whiteboard (groups should supply their own overhead markers), a podium with microphone and a wireless microphone system. The entire building has wireless Internet access.
The large meeting rooms have a refrigerator and sink should the organization decide to have refreshments. Organizations must supply their own refreshments, plates, cups, and silverware. Please read the meeting room policy for details.
Groups must meet the library’s meeting room use policy to reserve a room. For-profit groups may use the space for a fee if they follow the library’s policy.
