The Pickaway County Library will join over a thousand libraries around the world during International Games Week, Nov. 4 through Nov. 10, to invite patrons to enjoy their libraries through play. IGW will offer special gaming programs and events suitable for the whole family.

Events at the Main Library in Circleville will be:

Sunday: Euchre Tournament, 1PM-5PM

Monday: Scavenger Hunt, all day

Tuesday: Video Games, 5PM-7PM

Wednesday: Corn Hole, 4PM-7PM

Thursday: Bingo, 1PM-3PM

Friday: Puzzle Sheets, all day

Saturday: Board Games, all day


Events at the Younkin Branch Library in Ashville will be:

Monday: Wii Gaming, 5:30PM-7:30PM

Tuesday: Yahtzee, Clue & Spoons, 5:30PM-7:30PM

Wednesday: Jenga, 5:30PM-7:30PM

Saturday: Win, Lose or Draw,11:30AM – 1:30PM

International Games Week is an international initiative supported by the American Library Association, the Australian Library and Information Association, Nordic Game Day and L’Associazione Italiana Biblioteche. Games reconnect communities through their educational, recreational, and social value.
